In recent court documents, it has been revealed that Porsha Williams has stated that her estranged husband Simon Guobadia has “disabled her access to the gate of the Marital Residence, effectively blocking her ability to access her own residence.” The document was filed March 21 where she also adds that the reasoning behind his action was to “seemingly to be vindictive and retaliatory for wanting to divorce him.”
Within the same documents, it also stated that Guobadia had 30 days to vacate their property, but he instead changed the locks and locked Williams out of the home. This time frame would have required him to move out after Williams filed for divorce on February 22 of this year.
Her legal filing also mentioned that he isn’t currently at the home, nor in the country and is currently in Dubai. Just previously in Guobadia’s filing, he request a restraining order against Williams as he cited that Williams had brought a gunman to their home on two occasions.
