As of recently, Mo’Nique and her son, Shalon Jackson have been hashing out their unresolved issues online when Mo’Nique shared on Club Shay Shay that she and Jackson were working on their relationship and reconciling, to which he denied her “false narrative”. The two had been going back and forth on social media, up until now as Mo’Nique has brought attention to the situation further during her comedy set.
While on tour with Katt Williams, Mo addressed the issue with her and Jackson where she said:
“I’ll only apologize if I’ve done something wrong, but I ain’t no b—h that’s gon’ back up from a motherf—ing problem. I’ma walk straight to that motherf—er, and I’ma deal with that s–t. So today, I’m coming to the airport in New Jersey. It’s the realest n—as I’ve ever met from New Jersey. I’m coming to that motherf—ing airport, and I had just seen this motherf—ing TikTok. Of my g-ddamn son.”
She continued, “Had I known… I’ma let y’all take that one, and when you see your child that you f—ed for… I f—ed for that n—a. Not another b—h, it was me. You see your motherf—ing child go on the g-ddamn internet and tell people all the f–k that you’re not, you’re supposed to take that s–t in stride. And I’m taking that s–t in stride. I’m walking to the motherf—ing north airport, and this elderly woman comes up to me.”
She continues on where she explains she had gotten advice from an elderly woman:
“She said, ‘F–k that n—a. Now when an elderly person tell you f–k that n—a…she said you been taking care of that n—a all his motherf—ing life. She said, Mo’Nique I’m 80 years old and I got a son 60 years old and every time that n—a don’t get what he wants, he still tell me how f—ed up I was when he was 10 years old. F–k that n—a.”

Jackson had been made aware of her choice of words and responded back on his TikTok where he simply said “Be gone Satan, I rebuke thee in the name of Jesus,” while laughing.
