The Friends cast has now spoken after their close friend, Matthew Perry has passed away at 54. The group, Matt Leblanc, Courteney Cox, Jennifer Anniston, Lisa Kudrow, and David Schwimmer have made a joint statement, saying:
“We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew. We were more than just cast mates. We are a family. There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss.”
The statement continues, “In time we will say more, as and when we are able.”
“For now, our thoughts and our love are with Matty’s family, his friends, and everyone who loved him around the world.” the statement reads and signed with their names.
Friends ran for 10 years from 1994 until 2004. We continue to send condolences to his family and loved ones during this tragic time.
