Tyrese has just sounded off on his ex-wife, Samantha Lee’s latest claim regarding her divorce and marriage between Tyrese. In a recent interview with Lee, she expressed that she had “people in her ear” telling her to divorce Gibson.
“I was not in any position to make that decision, I was extremely emotionally intoxicated.”
She also spoke of the possibility of reconciliation.
“It’s my daughter’s father so I would say this…if we were both going to show up and we were both going to fight for it equally and sacrifice equally, like you know things that I needed, and you know things that he knows he needed—I wasn’t perfect. If we were both willing to fight and we were both willing to do certain things, then yes…no one wants a broken family.” she explained.
Tyrese had caught wind of the interview where he shared his vocal opinion and words to Lee.
“You packed up a 1-year-old, put a COVID mask on top of the Ring cameras and I was literally in an airplane on my way home to fight for my marriage and my family. You’re heartless. This is all about money.” he had proclaimed on his IG live.
he also went further to express how he feels like she never loved him and feels as though she is playing on the emotions of single mothers.
“If you had people in your ear at the time, they must be still in your ear because you still trying to get $20,000 a month for a 5-year-old. You make $160,000 a year on your own. This is all a game. You’re clout chasing.”
He went on to say, “You’re playing on women who are single mothers. You’re playing on women who are actually in abusive relationships that are toxic, dark and dysfunctional.”
The two had gotten married in 2017 and later divorced in 2020. They share a 5-year-old daughter, Soraya. Tyrese also currently dating his longtime partner, Zellie Timothy who he has been dating since 2021.
