It looks like things are getting quite serious in the separation between actress Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas as the two are dishing out divorce agreements. In the latest development, Sophie has sued Joe as she states that their children be returned to her to depart for England.
In the documents, Turner states that she is requesting for “the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained,” with Turner’s legal team asserting the “wrongful retention.” She also stated that the two agreed on England being the children’s “forever home” as they had prepared to buy a home in the country side in England.
Further, the documents make note that they had both agreed on allowing their daughters to go alongside him for his shows due to the fact that he had more daytime hours as she was in the process of filming even though she had “hesitation” about the “temporary arrangement.”
The documents also go on to state that “The Father has possession of the children’s passports. He refuses to return the passports to the Mother and refuses to send the children home to England with the Mother,” along with the fact that Turner found out of their separation through the media as did everyone else.
