Tyla has just dropped her latest music video to the “Water” remix that features rapper Travis Scott. The remix had been released after the original had hit airwaves and took over a storm on social media platforms and became a hot viral hit with the singer teasing the guest feature that revealed to be Scott.
Speaking to Complex, Tyla shared the story behind doing a “Water” remix and spoke of how many people reached out to her in regards to doing the feature.
“I didn’t really think of doing a remix. I was like, ‘Nah, like, let’s just have “Water,” it’s cool, whatever.’ But then people were reaching out and I was like, ‘oh my word, oh my word,’” Tyla said. “And I started getting excited and then Travis reached out and I literally couldn’t… like, I could not say no. His music is crazy. So after he reached out, we sent him that open verse and he came back and he killed it, you know, he killed it.”
In the video we see the two quite misty and dripping in water as things appear to get steamy between the two artist. Check out “Water” Remix music video below:
