After a jury had found that Jonathan Majors was guilty of assaulting his girlfriend Grace Jabbari in New York on December 18th, Major is speaking out. Now nearly a month after the verdict, he has spoken with ABC where he shares the moment he learned of his fate.
“I’m standing there and the verdict comes down. I say, ‘How is that possible based off the evidence, based off the prosecution’s evidence, let alone our evidence? How is that possible?” he says to Lindsey Davis.
Even still, he remains positive after the verdict, but has also spoken of how life has changed for him in certain aspects.
“I’m surrounded by people who love me, who care about me. But this has been very, very, very hard, and very difficult, and confusing in many ways. But I’m standing.” he says. “Everything has kinda gone away. And it’s just me now, you know, and my lovely, you know, partner, Meagan, and my dogs,” Majors said.
As a result of the verdict, Majors had been dropped from Marvel from playing Kang.
