Actor Vin Diesel has recently been hit with a lawsuit against him by his former assistant who made the claim in the lawsuit that Diesel committed sexual battery back in 2010 in Atlanta at the St. Regis hotel. The Plantiff, Asta Jonasson states that he forced her on a bed where he proceeded to touch her legs and breast and pleasure himself.
“Ms. Jonasson was afraid to more forcibly refuse her supervisor, knowing that getting him out of that room was both crucial to her personal safety and job security. But this hope died when Vin Diesel dropped to his knees, pushed Ms. Jonasson’s dress up toward her waist, and molested her body, running his hands over Ms. Jonasson’s upper legs, including her inner thighs.”
The lawsuit further states that as Jonasson tried to flee to the bathroom, Diesel had pinned her to the wall while she verbally refused as he masturbated, “terrified, Ms. Jonasson closed her eyes, trying to dissociate from the sexual assault and avoid angering him.”
Jonasson also states that a few hours after the incident she was terminated by his sister, Samantha Vincent.
“It was clear to her that she was being fired because she was no longer useful; Vin Diesel had used her to fulfill his sexual desires and she had resisted his sexual assaults. Ms. Jonasson felt like she was a piece of trash to be discarded,” the lawsuit reads.
Jonasson also details of another incident involving another One Race employee who had invited her to his room and his bed. As of now, Vin Diesel has yet to respond to the claims.
