Tiffany Haddish has recently pled not guilty in her case involving her DUI arrest last month in November. Haddish had been arrested on November 24th as she had fell asleep behind the wheel of her Tesla.
She had been charged with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol and a misdemeanor count of driving with .08% blood alcohol content. After the incident, she has spoken out of that “never happening again” as she says that she’s “going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries.”
Her attorney had entered in the not guilty plea ahead of a pretrial hearing on February 14th.
