Coming on to the show, The Breakfast Club, Offset spoke to the radio host and had been present to promote his upcoming album, Set It Off, he addressed some speculation behind his and Kenneth Petty’s beef.
“Hell naw. Police ain’t never calling me. They ain’t go no number for me. Man, please. I would never do no lame a– s–t like that. I’d rather keep in the street than do some s–t like that. All that s–t a joke. Grown a– man doing s–t like that. I just laugh at s–t like that.” Offset says.
He continued, “I’m just too old to participate in s–t like that. I think sometimes n—as want you to be tough. But when you crash out they call you stupid.”
The two had previously exchanged words September 16 following Petty and associates reportedly saying slick comments about his wife Cardi B which led to Petty and co to post a video and message to Offset of them waiting for him outside. This led to Petty being on 4 months house arrest after he violated his probation
Set It Off is scheduled to drop this Friday on October 13.
