Kim Zolciak had been spotted out by TMZ where she has spoken of the news of she and estranged husband Kroy Biermann’s home being up for sale. She speaks of the ideal not just being Kroy’s but both of their decision.
“It’s mutual. I told him what to do.” Zolciak said to TMZ. Her lawyer, Marlys A Bergstrom spoke to Us saying: “He is asking that the court order the house to be placed on the market, and hopefully sold immediately. If the court orders it then the court can enforce the order. It is taking control out of the hands of the parties. And this is exactly what needs to be done at this point.”
This comes after Kroy decided to file for divorce after the two had reportedly repaired their relationship and reconciled. Kroy is seeking sole custody of their younger children and had previously requested to live in the home.
Kim Zolciak is currently filming for the latest season of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
