Just this past Tuesday, Joe Jonas has filed for divorce from wife Sophie Turner after four years. He filed in Florida even though they were known to stay in California.
As of recently, the two have released a joint statement confirming the news with Joe Jonas seeming to spearhead the latest action within proceeding with their divorce. The statement reads:
“Statement from the two of us: ‘After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage,’ There are many speculative narratives as to why, but truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children,’ ”
Recently, there has been many rumors swirling around regarding their split alleging that Joe felt that Turner partied too much, while other sources have said that Sophie is a homebody and Joe complained often and felt that she needed to get out more and attend events and parties with him.
