Cardi B and Megan The Stallion are teaming up once again after their iconic hit, “WAP” to collaborate on another single after 3 years. The new single titled, “BONGOS” is set to be released Friday, September 8th and Cardi has gushed all about the record.
“I wonder how people are gonna react to this vibe because they’re really like expecting ‘WAP,’ like, ‘oh, here they go again talking this and that.’ We are talking a little, you know, about some p—y, but not like ‘WAP’ type of stuff'” she clarified.
She also touched on how the visuals of the video will be different compared to “WAP” since the overall vibe is different.
“It’s a different theme and the video is like a whole complete different type of theme. Intricate… beautiful.” she spoke of the theme.
“We put in our sweat and everything. It’s like on some ‘b—h, you jump, I jump… if you wit it, I I wit it. We’re gonna do it.’ We worked so hard on the music video. You’re gonna see… that’s thought put into that.”
Expect to see “BONGOS” at midnight on Friday.
