Halle Berry and Oliver Martinez’s divorce has officially been finalized after 8 years since the divorce had been filed. The two had split back in 2015 after two years of marriage.
With new documents filed in L.A. this month, the two were able to situate circumstances regarding their split and close up the necessary ends to finish the proceedings. According to the new court docs, Halle and Olivier have agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their 9-year-old son, Maceo.
As far as agreements, Berry must pay $8K in child support monthly along with paying 4.3% of her income as she receives at least $2 million in income. The documents also notes that Maceo will attend individual and family counseling and Halle’s daughter, Nahla is welcomed to join the family sessions.
Halle is also required to cover for Maceo’s school tuition, extracurricular activities and health insurance.
