Halle Bailey has finally released her debut single as she and sister Chloe Bailey have decided to explore their solo careers for the time being. Halle released her single, “Angel” and has also released an accompanying video with it as well.
Halle gives praises to black women and girls to give them encouragement to embrace and love their hair as she sings the lyrics:
“Black girl here, Black girl with the Black girl hair / Took a little sunkiss just to look like this / God-sent, you’re an angel”
Halle also made sure to excise her talent of notes within her song and articulate the emotions conveyed in her lyrics.
