Elon Musk Sued By Twitter

After failing to secure the $44 Billion dollar deal with Twitter, Elon Musk has found himself in a middle of a lawsuit. The social media company has formally sued Musk on the account of having him finish the acquisition.

The lawsuit comes after Musk sent a letter to Twitter’s lawyer stating that he wished to terminate the $44 billion acquisition agreement on the account of the company being in breach of the agreement from “withholding information.” In the complaint against Musk, Twitter states:

“In April 2022, Elon Musk entered into a binding merger agreement with Twitter, promising to use his best efforts to get the deal done. Now, less than three months later, Musk refuses to honor his obligations to Twitter and its stockholders because the deal he signed no longer serves his personal interests.”

The deal between Twitter and Elon first began back in April 2022, and had nearly been finalized until he ultimately reneged on the deal due to not having information about bots and data for the app.

Awkwafina Addresses Backlash

Awkwafina is not here for the haters and naysayers who are accusing her of having a “blaccent” and accusing her of culture appropriation. The uproar comes after the actress received an award for NCAAP for Character Voice-Over Performance for the film for Raya and the Last Dragon.

The actress addressed everything on twitter, starting with “There is a sociopolitical context to everything , especially the historical context of the African American community in this country.”

Twitter can be a very toxic and overwhelming crowd but it is never okay to bully anyone into killing themselves.
