Ultimately, CB took home the Favorite Male R&B Artist and had the award accepted in his behalf by Kelly Rowland.

Todd had been sentenced to 12 years in prison, and Julie Chrisley had been sentenced to 7 years along with 16-months of probation by judge U.S. District Judge Eleanor Ross.

The couple had been on house arrest since June of this year and were facing many more years than given. They had been indicted back in 2019 where prosecutors stated that the couple had frauded banks out of millions of dollars.

Prosecutors said the couple took out $30 million in fraudulent bank loans to aid in their luxurious way of life and extravagant spending well before appearing in reality television.

It appears that 50 Cent is looking to take the case between him and Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa and Angela Kogan that claimed he had a penis enhancement procedure to trial. The mogul took to his Instagram to share of the news in comedic style.

“yeah my d_ck is a BIG DEAL set for trial in july no enhancement necessary, these fools put them selves out of business. SMH”

The trial will be set for July 3rd, 2023 as 50 cent had previously filed a right-of-publicity lawsuit against Kogan and her company as he stated that they used his photo without his permission which led to “public embarrassment.”

Documents obtained by All Hip Hop has shared what Judge Robert Scola has said regarding the case, stating: “The appearance of counsel and each party or representatives of each party with full authority to enter into a full and complete compromise and settlement is mandatory. If insurance is involved, an adjuster with authority up to the policy limits or the most recent demand, whichever is lower, must attend. All proceedings of the mediation will be confidential and privileged. … If mediation is not conducted, the case may be stricken from the trial calendar, and other sanctions may be imposed.”

“Yes. It’s simple ’cause ain’t nobody can tell me, you know, ‘You should say this, you shouldn’t say that,’ you know? It’s just we’re moving towards the future.”

Trey Songz Accused Of Assaulting Woman In NYC

Trey Songz has once again been accused of having assaulted a woman in New York City who claims that he had punched her at a bowling alley. According to TMZ, the woman who had allegedly been attacked filed a complaint to the police where she says the incident took place in the bathroom where he had punched her multiple times and dragged her by her hair.

The accuser had been taken to a hospital where she was treated for minor injuries. His attorney Mitchell Schuster states that the singer is not guilty and told TMZ that he will be exonerated.

“A source close to the investigation informs us that TS has been cooperative with authorities and expects that when all the evidence is reviewed, he will be exonerated. This is another instance where those involved try to blame the celebrity with hopes of getting fame or riches.”

Just last month, Trey Songz was able to beat his 2021 case due to statute of limitations in California expiring as the incident allegedly happened in 2016 and the woman filed in 2021.
