Megan Thee Stallions former photographer, Emilio Garcia has filed a lawsuit against Megan after he stated that she had been underpaying him, along with stating that she created a “intolerable” and “hostile abusive work environment.” Speaking to NBC News, he says:
“I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of, just the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me,” Garcia said in the interview.Â
He further shared that MTS asked if he was in the car along with her telling him not to “ever discuss what you saw.” He also stated that she began to fat shame him and to speak to him harshly with saying such things as “fat b—h,” “Spit your food out,” and that he didn’t “need to be eating.”
“To hear someone who advocates about loving your body tell me these things. I felt degraded,” Garcia expressed.
Megan’s attorney Alex Spiro has released a statement regarding the news where he says: “This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court.”
According to NBC, Garcia is seeking Garcia over six figures in damages that will include unpaid wages, interest on the unpaid wages, unpaid overtime wages and other employee benefits.
