It looks like Kyrie Irving will return to the Brooklyn Nets court again this Sunday to play again. Affective immediately his suspension has been lifted after he had apologized on Saturday for offending the Jewish Community.
The Nets has released a statement regarding lifting his suspension where they have said:
“Kyrie took ownership of his journey and had conversations with several members of the Jewish community. We are pleased that he is going about the process in a meaningful way,” the Nets said.
Upon his return to the team, he had to fulfill a handful of things before he could play again that included issuing an apology, donating $500,000 to a cause and organization that involved removing hate and intolerance, sensitivity and antisemitic training, and meet with Anti-Defamation Laeauge and Jewish leaders.Follow Us
