Chloe Bailey has some new heat on the way entitled “For The Night” where many people have questioned who the song was about or intended for, and some have guessed that it was about Gunna. Bailey had confirmed that it was indeed about Gunna on Twitter Space session where she said:
“Imma tell y’all a little secret about ‘For The Night,’ I might regret saying this, but hey, maybe it’ll help f—ing streams. I don’t even think he knows this! I wrote ‘For The Night’ about Gunna. Yep, I said it b—-es. I said it. So, you know, yep. I wrote that song after The Breakfast Club interview I believe.” She admitted.
She also goes in further to address the claims of her not saying “Free Gunna” anywhere on social media and how social media users don’t see it.
“I’m a songwriter. I write my own s—, I get inspired by the smallest things, so, kiss my a–. Talkin’ bout why don’t I say free this, or free that? Kiss my a–, I support in real life. Thank you!”
With the song’s release she still makes note that she is single. “But I’m single, I’m single, guys. Sorry to bust bubbles, but when I wrote that song months ago, I wrote it about him.”
She first performed her upcoming single at the iHeart Radio Festival. So far “For The Night” has no release date as of yet.
